Najmaa is a discretionary mutual. We are not an insurer, we are regulated by ASIC (not APRA), and we are not subject to the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth). References on this website to “protection”, “claims”, or similar are used for readability only and do not change this position. You should read our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Constitution for details about membership and discretionary support.
